    We used to host Japanese students before Covid shut that down. Our students would cook us this lovely curry meal using the Golden Curry product. So I just Googled the Vermont brand and to my surprise, our local supermarket has it in stock! Guess what's on next week's menu??? Sometimes the students would also add golden kumara (sweet potato) and a green vegie, peas or a handful of chopped spinach….more for colour I think! Anyway, I enjoyed your recipe and have subbed your channel too. Watching from Aotearoa New Zealand.

    Our daughter in law uses the Golden Curry. When they lived here they always went to the Asian market. She had to make a separate bowl for me because it was still too spicy for me 🤣 this was my favorite dish she made!
