I never heard of the meats coming out hard after putting them in air fryer. In fact, they show you ways for the meat to come out tender. It's almost impossible that the meat come out hard when using the air fryer as I studied all air fryer's, crock pots, and slow cookers. All of them always talk about how tender the meat is, so I don't believe that.

Almost 70yrs old and rarely comment on anything…but this is worthy of 5+ STARS. Tried it today and OMG super seasoned, tender and moist. After seeing some comments on the done ness or not let me say that each stovetop, airfryer, etc is different, so while this recipe is an excellent foundation, my ribs did not take the full 25 minutes to cook to 180 for which I temped them at the 15 minute mark; however it took more than 12 minutes in the 400 Airfryer to reach my desired doneness which is upwards of 200 degrees, so the recipe is spot on if you keep watch and temp. Honestly with the smoked paprika-they tasted like they were done on a smoker. Many thanks Mr. Jay!!!

I made the ribs this evening, and they were very tasty. I modified it a bit, since I marinated the ribs (cut up) with a mixture of crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme over night. I added the other spices you shared in the video. Otherwise, I followed your instructions. As, I previously mentioned they were very tasty, but too tough. I booked them in the chicken broth for 25 minutes. I plan on cooking them again, marinate overnight with the other spices you added. However, I may cook them in the broth for 35 minutes. I may cook them in the Air Frier a little longer at a lower temperature. Do you or anyone else reading my comment have any suggestions?
