A lot of you have been requesting an eggless cake recipe, so I thought I'd trial out an eggless vanilla cake! IT WAS SO HARD hahaha but IM SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULT! How to make eggless cream for cake ?
I made this cake for a my relatives who don’t eat eggs. I used ermine butter cream and the cake was so moist! It’s better than some vanilla cakes with egg that I have tried and definitely the best egg free cake I have tried. Most of the egg free cakes I have tried have a weird and oddly sweet taste but this one was perfect!
Can I use oil instead of butter in the recipe ?
Eventho quite a lot of steps but why not try it.. sometimes i dun like the eggy smell of cake..
