    Great day of eating– and I will definitely be trying that mushroom swiss burger. Hardee has a great one for a" zillion" calories– but your burger sounds yummy– I can put it on a low carb wrap

    I have ground chicken that needs to be cooked. I think I will make your burger recipe with it snd freeze them. I can cook them day of. I can't have them until next week bc I am on fast five again. 🙃

    I love putting crackers in soup and chili. I bought oyster crackers but the Nutrisystem math says they are not a smart carb. I think I will try the low fat crackers using from aldi. If I buy the crackers your eating in the video I will eat too many. A trigger food for me lol.
