Just serve your cucumber juice as a drink beside your jollof rice. The boiling will kill all the vitamins in the juice and you're literarily just making your rice soggy with vitamin-lacking water. The experiment is pointless.
Looks too soggy…but I'm wondering maybe that's becos of the cucumber juice or maybe there's too much liquid generally. Maybe I will try it with less liquid. Don't like soggy rice at all❤❤❤
