Hello Janet, Your channel is the best. I cannot imagine working outside of your home, plus running your youtube channel! I admire what a hard worker you are, I love your recipes and you are a joy to watch. Of course you need to make an income! Try to ignore the naysayers. As Peggy said below, it is about them – not you. Your PSMF bread recipe changed my food life – just the BEST. Keep on being you!
I know exactly how you feel and I hate to use that block option too. I think sometimes those people leaving those comments forget that we have feelings too.

Hi Janet, I have noticed that Indigo Nilli puts a disclaimer out at the beginning of some of her videos because she cooks family recipes as well as ketogenic type recipes so she does state that everything may not suit everyone and feel free to go to the next video something like that. It is your channel and you do a good job! Focus on the positive as you are changing lives everyday!
I support u 100% and hope one day I can do half as good as you. This is a business and cost you a lot of time and money. That allows you to help more people. What better to help people and do a job you love.

Your channel is fabulous as is. Don’t feel you have to explain anything. You need to make an income and like others have said…we can easily skip past stuff we don’t want to see.
I look at this way… There’s no watching tv anywhere without sponsorships of something for sale. Can’t escape that unless you only watch paid for tv. Can’t go anywhere outdoors and not see ads everywhere. Can’t even escape it in your email. LOL! It’s just what is. So to me, I think it’s pretty cool that peeps can now put themselves on air and promote products. That’s the bomb! Viewers may not want to see it, but still, it’s what is. Everybody needs to make a living.
So my motto is be understanding and reasonable.

Wow, I don't know what comments you received, I'm truly sorry (I know, not my fault!). I think you did a great job of explaining how you pick your sponsors and why you have your sponsors. It's you and just a few other Youtube channels I trust for products you sponsor because of how picky you are about your sponsors. I’m not one of the complainers , however if you intend to make YT your career stream, you have to be able to take some of the criticism. I know it sucks , but it comes with the territory. You said it yourself- you can never please 100% of your subs, there will always be one complainer out there. So stop trying to appease them. When creators try too hard to keep everyone happy, it backfires. I have seen it . When they (falsely) think they have a say in how YOU run your channel, they start to get way too big for their britches.
But while having sponsors may upset 0.1% of your viewers, I can tell you what annoys a far greater percentage.. and that’s frequent “we need to talk”, chastising, and/ or apology tours. The haters wouldn’t accept an apology and the 99.9% wish you wouldn’t even waste your time , breath. Or content on this.
Just ignore them.
I am so sorry that people are that way I do know my father told me when I was a young girl if you don't have anything good to say don't say anything at all just zip it and I always follow that advice but nowadays people I just kind of mean I don't understand it very disrespectful I appreciate and enjoy your channel that's why I watch you all the time I usually never leave a comment at all I just watch but just so you know I really enjoy your recipes and thank you very much……. You share your life with us, and that’s generous, and brave . Go ahead and block people who can’t figure out that they can move along if they aren’t happy…..the rest of us appreciate you, and your channel. Do what makes you happy, and that gets passed along to your community. ☺️

This has been a great channel to watch. Don't let those negative people bring you down. They are just miserable people that have nothing better to do. As for sponsors, take them all on. Somone or many may benefit from them. I have a Thrive membership due to watching other's channels and their sponsorships. Same way I heard about Perfect Keto, and so many others. You do you, do what is needed to succeed in your business and do not let those negative nellies upset you, don't give them that satisfaction!!

Good Lord. There are so many people who just can't control themselves. Social media has created a whole subculture of people who should put their laptops DOWN. When was YT ever an individual product put out for specific people's needs? Never. It is available to all. So like it? Be supportive. Don't? Go away. It is NOT irritating to us that know how it all works. Every single person has the ability to fast forward. You know I appreciate you. All of it!
So many reasons I enjoy watching your videos! So what you have sponsorship. It can be very helpful to gain knowledge to knew products that we may have not seen. Love that you are in Canada and share information you have about Canadian companies; love that!! Keep doing what you do and don't worry about what some think. You can't please everyone! Oh and definitely we need a Keto meet up!! Maybe in Alberta!
