    * 3 large eggs (room temperature)
    * 1/2 tablespoon of (grass-fed) butter
    * 1/2 cup erythritol
    * 1/4 cup Raw/Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    * 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
    * Splash of vanilla
    * 1/4 cup Lily’s choc chips
    * 1/2 tbsp of cream cheese
    * 1 1/4 tablespoon of olive oil
    * 1/2 tablespoon of yogurt or sour cream
    * pinch of salt

    Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. I used Almond Flour in place of Coconut Flour and Hershey's Sugar Free chocolate chips instead of Libbys, and Xylitol instead of Erythritol. 5 stars, from the Black family.

    I made these and they came out quite good. My girl friend really likes them. Since I don't have the silicone mold used in this video I split the batter between 4 silicone cup cake molds. I used another 4 silicone cupcake molds as a "lid" over each of the molds containing batter. This worked well as an alternative, but you need to cook them longer. I would suggest going 10 minutes and a 10 minute natural release or they could still be a little too gooey inside. I'm still experimenting to work out the perfect timing.

    I just made these and they are amaze balls! 5 stars! These are the better than all the other recipes I’ve tried and nut free! (Child with allergies). Thank you, thank you! I made with Hershey’s special dark and they rock. I also put the cream cheese in with all the wet ingredients and added the chocolate/butter mix to the rest after it was mixed. I didn’t read properly so I didn’t check the texture just all wet together and all dry, mixed and then added chocolate last.
