For the cavities and to change your micro biome: Hyperbiotics pro dental probiotics ( for mouth not gut), vitd3 with K2, ca+, mg, vit A. This heals from within- I am a functional dental hygienist. Fluoride is useless.🥰

I cannot believe Tobin will be a year old in March already. It just seems like yesterday when he was born. Wow, time really does fly. Gotta also say I love that red and white checked top you are wearing. 💞

I would be in heaven with all those bones. I use by big 22 qt electric roaster
Get the bones nice and roasted a dark brown…then I make beef broth out of them in my pressure cooker and then can it…it's so robust and good

Would you please do a video with your dogs one day ? You need freezer gloves 🧤 Xxxxx your videos are very relaxing for me , my grown daughters are in the uk with their babies and my husband and I are living in Portugal , I miss them all so much , but your videos give me the window into a busy household with food and kids and cleaning that I remember from my momma life time ! Helps me to feel part of family life I’m missing out on xxxx Thankyou so much for taking time out to record your blessed family xxxxx 💖🌸💕💖🌸💕💖🌸💕💖🌸💕💖🌸💕

Tip: Cook Soups or cook bone broth with carrots, onions, celery, fresh parsely overnight using 2 or 3 crockpots.
In the morning, Cool the broth & put broth in containers to Freeze. Soups and broths cook while you sleep.

Love Peter and Mary. What a blessing for them- your donation of breast milk. My mother breast fed 11 babies. To my great disappointment, I was unable to breastfeed my boys. Love the progress on your kitchen.

Thats so cool about those beef bones. I always make chicken stock from the bones in my instant pot, but how would you do the beef bones? Do you have to cook them first, or put them in the pressure cooker raw?

Two things….I live in Minnesota so seeing freezers kept outside immediately makes me think “oh no! They’re going to stop working!” 😂 obviously you don’t get as cold as we do but do they stay working ok?? Second…you don’t have trash pickup?! 😳 you guys must have to take it somewhere so often with all of you 😱 love your videos 🙃
