One of the things I love about you is that you love avocado as much as I do 😂. I’ve been wondering what you were going to use the bacon for since I saw it on your IG! These all look so lovely 💕. I have a request for a video… Do you eat quinoa at all? It’s the only thing I could find in the market the past 2 weeks with things being sold out and I’ve never been a real fan of it. I need some inspiration. Thanks for the breakfast video!! 💜💜💜

These look so amazing, Amanda – I'm always a sweet breakfast person so I'd love to try out some of the savoury recipes you've made! When the world starts to get a little bit back to normal and events/places are open again, would you consider doing a 'What I Eat in a Day' video that might include visiting a vegan café or vegan market near you and trying out the food at the stalls? Not sure what's on the Gold Coast, but when I lived in Australia I went to the Sydney Vegan Festival every month and there were always some incredible foodie finds! I always loved trying to recreate some of the foods I tried there (particularly remember a chickpea quiche, carrot dogs, a Thai-style BBQ chicken, and cookies)! Hope you and your flatmate are staying well. <3

love this! now that I have some more weeks of quarantine ahead I am SO down to making these breakfasts for everyone 🙂
also, your voice is super soothing and I find that you talk just the right amount so that we get the instructions etc but also let the food speak for itself (super aesthetically pleasing shots!). keep it up!
