    Important notice: do not add salt and pepper while you still have runny egg on top, cuz when you try to disperse it afterwards it gonna take all the salt with it and you gonna end up with overly salted bits, best is adding the seasoning near the end of cooking process or while beating the egg

    Great, simple but elegant supper dish, and you may well have the ingredients to hand – bravo. It's vegetarian too, even better! I'm not vegetarian but going that way, and looking for more tasty non-meat dishes.

    Love the idea of the wine and cream in the mushroom filling, to create a quick sauce.
