    One thing I like to do try dry the potatoes out even further is to cook with a lid. Every few minutes remove the lid and dry the lid off and put it back on. Really dries it out.

    I like your point about the cheese sauce. I think the point about the reasons for sticking with one starch was well made. We can switch but here is the reason behind why they don’t recommend it. Thank you!

    What a great idea I love that little nine day mini challenge that you used potatoes for. I like some of the recipes you came up with using potatoes. From the stirfry to the hashbrowns to the oven baked potato wedges and then the mini potato balls yummy

    Thanks for these ideas Joey….I lost weight years ago but always could never get that last ten pounds off..since this covid and not going out only for some shopping and maybe a ride… my diet has been downhill ….I'll start eating healthy will go down a couple of pounds and by the middle of the week I'll gain it right back….we had our shots last week so now it's time to get back on track…(but we still have to be careful we are not there yet) I'm going to try eating potatoes for a week and see how it goes…I do love all kinds of potatoes thanks again….👍👍🤗💕🥔

    While my husband can eat the same type of meal 5 or 6 days a week, I like some variety in my veggies and starches. My weight is still coming down so what I'm doing works for me at this time. I do watch your channel for ideas and I really appreciate all of them! Thanks. I'm 3 months in to WFPB lifestyle and 19 pounds lighter. While I may need to modify my diet, right now it's do-able with results. Love the potato varieties you presented here.

    Thanks Joey for another awesome video!!! Great ideas for a Mary’s mini! I am definitely going to try the twice cooked instant pot potatoes and the mixed veggies stir fry. I love simple recipes! It keeps it easy😃
