    Damn Terron. Maybe you need to hire a coach if you really trying to take this powerlifting thing serious. As confident and capable Russ is, he even has a coach. Just to get you trying different things that may not be as comfortable but helps you slip into that 1000lbs range. Plan your meals, workouts, rep ranges etc etc….All you gotta do is come in and lift you know? I know you already had a coach in New York but let’s be honest…he wasn’t really lifting like these boys down south. Idk, just thinking out loud. Anyway, great vid and I’m rocking with the channel no matter what bro!!

    Bruh ditch the 9 week powerlifting meet idea. You just don’t know how to not max out. 🤷🏽‍♂️
    If your serious and not just just trying to make content you will get the help you need. Your crazy strong but it will take your technique and training to the next level.

    people don't understand what i call natural weight. all r not the same if i stop eating i fall down to 78 kg id older brother stops eating he falls down to 70 and his 5 cm taller as well

    I only eat 2-3 times a day as well. Most of the time just twice and around 750 calories per meal and around 75g protein. I probably should eat more times in a day with less volume but man I just don’t have time for that forreal lol
