This looks so good and easy. I love soups, soft foods and things like comfort foods. I put all my veggies left over from a relish tray at Thanksgiving and some veggies all together and made a soup that was out of this world. Thank you for a great idea, old school cooking is becoming a lost art with processed foods these days leaving a generation lost and behind.

I was going to tell you I am not a fan of biting into cooked celery so when i want the flavor of celery like in soup I leave it whole and pull it out before serving.
