    Glad I found this channel!
I used to love watching your cooking adventures show back in high school and got sad every time it ended. You’re such entertaining bloke and a true legend. Thank you for everything you do!

Delicious as always Huey! I've been reliving some Healthy Wealthy & Wise episodes on VHS featuring your good self. When watching these I’m instantly transported back to my grandparents warm loungeroom, where we would watch your good self and Come and Get It with P.Russell Clark amongst other great shows of the time.

16 or 17 years ago I used to stay up late watching cooking shows at silly hours of the morning. Yours was one of them. I had a fairly good handle on cooking from an Italian mum but several chefs really passed on a lot to me, you’re one of them. I found myself after midnight channel flicking onto a random cooking show which reminded me of all the late nights I spent watching your cooking show so I decided to google you to see what you were up to. Very pleasantly surprised to see you still kicking along with a youtube channel. Huey, you’re an absolute legend, you’ve done wonders for people at home in their kitchens and I just wanted to leave a comment to say thank you so very much for what you’ve done.

Geez that looked the goods Huey. Very good.
I'll give you a tip on tinned tomatoes. The aussie ones (Ardmona and Woolies brand) are a lot less acidic than any Italian brand you can get here. Italians keep the best tomatoes and tin and export the rest.
Forgive me if I can't romanticise any war efforts in Vietnam. What the French, British, America and Australia did there (and other parts of S.E.A.) was nothing short of war crimes and we should all be held accountable for it. Cheers.

Thanks for another great recipe Huey. I would have no trouble eating that for breakfast as I am a Particularly Interested Gourmand [or PIG for short 🙂 ]! I might draw the line at a red with it though as I thought everyone knew that Prosecco is the breakfast wine of choice and yes, Prosecco does go with Beef because Prosecco goes with everything! Thanks again – stay safe!

Haha I can understand your apprehensiveness to eating a stew for breakfast but alas Vietnam has no traditional breakfast and you just go out and eat whatever you would eat for dinner or lunch and it's all the same really.
