Can I ask a question I am hoping you can answer because I can’t find an answer. So I tried Tempe recently and really liked it but when I buy it I open up the package it seems to have gray areas that appears to be like moldy and I keep throwing them away and I have done this three times and at like five dollars a piece it’s crazy. I keep looking at other stores n all seem to have these grey areas that appear bad but how can all of them at every store be bad even different brands. So my question is how do u pick it out and are they supposed to have these grey areas that appear bad. I feel stupid but I don’t have any vegan friends to ask. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Hi!! The sweet potato toast looks delicious. So a while back I was struggling with keeping on a WFPB 'diet' and what has helped me some is to think of WFPB as a part of my identity. I have been eating whole lately and when I got COVID I ate some processed food, and I sure could tell the difference. It felt like "dead food" to me. Sending love!

Yummy 😋 potatoes. They especially taste better when growing your own potatoes. It's certainly beautiful weather when Courtney recorded this video. Will be making the Rhubarb recipe with the home grown Rhubarb I have (unfortunately it is expensive in stores) Love 🥰 the video and love 💞 Courtney & family.
