I made this tonight and it was super good! I used jalapeños instead of hatch chilis because that is all I had. I served this over a bed of brown rice. Oh boy, was that good!

Everything about this dip looks great. We love the lime green lid you used while the dip was simmering. We don't do game day, but we often do appetizers and this dip is next on our list!

That looks so good. I really miss the crunchy so when I need crunchy I cut up tortillas, sprinkle them with lemon juice, and spices and bake till crispy.
Where is the written recipe? Have I missed it?
