How much weight have you lost since going lower fat? I'm considering trying lower fat because I seem to gain weight with regular keto. So technically you're low carb, low fat, high protein?
Great advice! Thank you both! 💙 Definitely try kobocha quash too.
Hi Leo, it's been a while. It's great to see you in the kitchen again 😁
Thanks to you and also your Hubby for putting out this video for us! Leo is a heck of a butcher! Do you think the Calabasas squash would make a good sweet potato casserole substitute for the holidays? I really enjoyed this video!❤️
Ooh I want that knife!! How was the cleanup with the frying pan?
You both are knowledgeable! Thank you 😊
My Grandpa Leo was a meat cutter for over 40 years. He would get mad if people called him a butcher or cooked the meat a wrong way. He hated that my Mom only wanted meat cooked very well done no matter what it was.
So hard to eat steak out when your man knows how to make them better at home! Especially w those insane restaurant prices.
Cool video would be Leo making the tacos or fajitas, I bet they are awesome 🌯🌮
Great job Leo, cooked to a perfect Med. Rare. Yummy on the whole dinner except I only like roasted Brussels sprouts or pan seared!🥰
Thanks Leo!! We appreciate the tips 😉😁
Oh, boy, are the prices going up… We've started making our own Ground Beef because you can buy beef much cheaper per lb than it cost already ground. Grinding your own meat is not that hard if you have a way to ground it. I use a grinder that attaches to my mixer. I also cut it for individual cuts for dinner.. Much cheaper. Good Videos
Such a pretty knife. 3 ways to cook a steak: rare, medium rare and ruined! I have never heard of calabasa(sp?) Squash. Will be on the look out because the carb to fiber content is awesome. Isn't it great working as a team in the kitchen? I'm a solo act, unfortunately. My husband does use the grill to help out (his chicken is magical) and on thanksgiving he will break out the Cajun oil-less cooker and "deep fry" our turkey so I can't complain.
Um thank you Leo! Incredibly helpful info! Would love more of these types of videos.
Such an awesome video!!! Hope you guys do more!! I tell my husband I want a half a cow as my push present 😆 I’ll need Leo to make a whole tutorial if my husband does 😂
Great lesson! Thank you!!❤️
Love all Leo's tips (: today's my 40th bday so happy you uploaded to put a lil happy in my day!💕
Love the fall twist looks hearty. Can’t wait to try that veggie
Thanks Leo. Very helpful. Haha I should eat hotdogs. Make my steak well done please
Cool video! What vacuum sealer do yall have? I would love to do a bulk meat buy but feel like I won't store it properly and then all that money will go to waste! I hate desfrosting too😂 but if I can store it properly I would attempt it. Thanks!
This is so helpful. Thank you Leo.
Would love to see more tutorials on cutting meats and knife tips. Especially sharpening them.
I picked up a sharpener tool from Business Costco, trying to figure it out.
I love Leo the Butcher🥰 I wondered where he learned his awesome knife 🔪 skills!! Does he recommend using a wooden cutting board to keep his knife sharper? Or is a plastic board okay? You two made the best collaboration cooking video, you’re a great team!😊 Thanks for showing us how to make one piece of meat into so many meal options. Have a great day💜💜
Great video guys! Thank you for the tips and YUM that dinner looks delicious.
I always buy the meat in bulk, split it up, and then freeze it. We spend so much less money that way!
Oh! And good morning ☀️ 😆
Yay for Leo! Liked this video so fast, happy to learn this!!!
Looks delicious
Leo knows his meat! He seems shy on camera sometimes but definitely not when he’s confident about what he knows! Thanks so much to Leo for the advice and his knowledge. Maybe he should start a channel – “All About Meat with Leo.” 😊
Morning 😊
Good morning from Oregon😊🙏💪🏼
