    I've been on since Jan 1st and it's been a great experience. Transformed my body these past 3 months and I plan on keeping it going. Watch daily mark and keep it up. Started at 245 and down to 195 as of tonight.

    Hey Mark. Great content. Thanks for all you do. I've been keto/carnivore for 3 months now and have been getting the feeling of puking after eating. It's not the "keto flu". I'm not over eating either. Anyone experience this and what did you do to combat it. I'm seeing awesome results and don't want to stop. Thanks y'all

    I was so bored yesterday I did this

    100 air squats
    100 pushups
    50 chin-ups
    50 Pistol squats on to a box.
    50 lunges
    50 box step ups
    50 dips
    50 pull downs , I'm not sure what they are called lay flat and pull your chest to the bar
    Finish it with 2:30 plank
    And 10 burpees

    4-10-20 will be it! 100 days of carnivore 25 lbs down, and not really using scale any more. It’s been great. Hip circle moves from Markbell.com body weight and dumbells moves. And trying to get out and fish when I can. Thx for the videos.
