music > way too LOUD, cheering > LOUD, voice > too soft. that aside, i just subscribed and have watched five of your videos this morning. love your presentation, skill and advice. on the critical end of things, you really need to work on annoying, clinking, clanging sounds into mic and focus the audio more toward your lovely voice. in order to hear your spoken words the volume has to be raised to a level that makes those unwanted noises sound grating and jarring and shrieking to the listener's sensibilities.

Great Info! I have been using my instant pot for about 6 months so some of this info was new for me. I had to laugh at myself as I was horrified that anyone one would want to turn off the funny sounds the pot makes…my husband says it is the only appliance he has ever seen that sings to you.

Hi, Karen, I'm delighted to stumble on this video, I'm out of bread and thought I'd TRY to make some bread! Fingers crossed! This video included proofing dough in the IP…now I have the how-to! Thanks! : )

The proofing dough idea was the best idea I was unaware of…
I have to agree, the music portions are way to loud, so much so I had to turn it way down….then you came on and had to turn you way up.

Also, just a FYI. Try to balance out the music, it's way to loud compared to the voice. Maybe try a percussive track on the next shoot? (I own a recording studio and l'm a musician so couldn't resist:-)
