Hunter and Iain Valliere have minor flaws that will set them back big time–abs, lower abs to be specific.
Their top and mid abs have far surpassed the thickness of their lower abs. They need to pull back on those cable crunches and work on lower abs with resistance. Derek is the only one I see training abs properly. He may be Mr. Olympia this year, he is very complete.

regarding Andrew-he is 50/50 because he has the potential. Psycho Fitness did not want to harm his muscle type and has let Andrew move weights at his own natural pace which is quite fast with no control. Psycho Fitness increased volume for Andrew to compensate for his lack of controlling weights. Has it worked? Yes but not with the results that Andrew needs. Andrew is missing details in quads and back. Psycho Fitness has to revamp the way Andrew moves wights to recruit all those muscle fibers.

@Cutler Cast-regarding J'S Issue with delts- I am very certain the issue is over training-No longer on prod doses, the shoulder is the most used muscle when training upper body and following the traditional split, they cannot grow! Jay, you need to switch to training lower volume-lower frequency like a newbie, size will increase , especially in the delts, quality over volume is the concept here. Newbies have poor technique and mind muscle connection, that will be the differentiating factor.
I am in the same boat as you and I am much larger than the younger guys in my gym which is funny. Moving forward, try to adjust volume and frequency.

I say it again: Love the passion for the sport and the details you guys deliver in these casts!
Please keep it like that and also stay honest on the PED-section.
For sure I know PED is just one piece of the puzzle, but pls stay that true and don't talk it smaller than it is or was.. (no criticism here..)

Milos is too much lol. Yea yea. Forget about the memorable 50th bday and video montage of people wishing you the best. You did how much cardio? Posing and conditioning was 2 weeks out. Lol. Milos the best. He knew also it was getting too mushy. Congrats to Jay. And Happy Bday.

Love when Milos gets on a rant with bodybuilders not training abs. It’s true. Like WHY are ppl skipping that? Mid section is huge factor with the overlook and posing. Can’t hide it

This is like a hunter appreciation show. He was in great shape but to suggest he will win the O is delusional. I'd put him in the top 6, behind Jacked Samson Hadi Derek and possibly Walker.

    Samson
    Nick
    Derek
    Andrew
    Haidi
    Brandon
    Ramy

Thats 7 dudes that beat him hands down and in an ideal world i think if tonio brings some of the form he showed in these past few shows even he would be too much for hunter minus the size… My mind's been blown by this podcast especially the comment of he can run with the top 3 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

What are we talking about here!? The fact Hunter is being compared to Andrew is an insult to Andrews physique, the man's got half a peck that alone is enough to drop him out of the top 10, yes it's a muscle competition but it's also symmetry and shape, that pec is throwing his full front pose scoring straight out of the points and the fact you guys aren't touching on it more is mind boggling! He hides it? Sorry? The dude has a soft ball sized lump on his chest in every front pose? It's like giving a gyno riddled athlete the win because the rest of him was good 🫣 shocking statements made this week comparing him to Andrew jacked after his last showing…

Frank Zane, some years ago, when asked how old can one make gains, he said that he doesn’t like to put out a psychological limit, but…, he could make improvements up to 55 years old.

Hi Jay, I was at the Fit Expo last Saturday and it was so awesome to see you up on stage posing with Regan. It was the highlight of the Expos for certain. I talked with Dave before your arrival and wanted to meet you in person, but the line lasted till 5 pm. I hope I have the opportunity to meet you sometime in the future. I like Hunter and he looked amazing at the Tampa show.

Milos said what we all believe. You treat everyone right. You didn't climb over others to get to where you are and have always been respectable person while lifting others up and carrying bodybuilding like a true champion and legend.
