I appreciated the travel tips Anita. I'm planning on an open ended road trip, beginning in September across Canada from BC across to New Brunswick. I want to be making healthy choices as I visit many family and friends and see God's beautiful creation.

Anita I really enjoyed listening to you Tuesday Talk. I’ll be with you next Tuesday.
I’ve tried for years to eat low carb Atkins method. If you would help me understand how to keep fats up. Atkins does not do that. How about talking about how you started Keto.
You are one of my favorites thank you

I just discovered you a couple of weeks ago. I’m desperately trying to do carnivore but am really struggling with just plain meat. Which is very weird because I’ve always been a big meat eater. I’m really enjoying your recipe
    s. I binge watch/listen while I’m working. I really enjoyed this video I almost skipped it but so glad I didn’t. Looking forward to next Tuesday’s talk. Thanks for all the work and effort you put into your channel. You’re are helping people be successful in their journeys. Thanks again.

Keep talknig Anita, I am british live in the UK and am 75yrs old. My 80yr old sister still has sugar in her tea, eats biscuits (cookies) and bars of chocolate and has never had a weight problem. I understand everything you say and love listening to you. Thanks to your simple egg white bread recpe I have now made a loaf!! all the other recipes I have seen had so many ingredients, and at my age I cannot afford to buy stuff and only use it once, so thanks again. I also make your carnivore noodles every week and have introduced them to my keto facebook group over here so thank you from all of us.

Enjoyed your talk. Good to know that I am not the only one that has an instant trigger to trailmix. Please keep talking and keeping it real. By the way, the people that you spoke of sound like Newfoundlanders. We all know that over 50% of Alberta is actually Newfoundlanders. Glad the trip went well. Rest up. I look forward to your next installment.

How much did you remove, I'm not seeing loose skin, I removed 80 pounds in my mid50s and have a bit of loose skin.
I really experienced the brain fog when I was volunteering at Ribfest a few weeks ago, I usually eat an early supper and fast till then but pizza was offered and I succumbed. Making change was eerily difficult after that😊

I really enjoyed your chat video. You gave us real life, struggles with eating keto while traveling, your frustrations. Too many videos that people make don’t show this. Sometimes when I am busy doing things, I put on my headphones and listen to podcasts. Your video was perfect and inspiring. Please do it again. I am 65, have lost 80 lbs and am now struggling to stay focus and lose.

Please! Do another Tuesday Talk! Your calm, honest realness is inspiring . I wish you would talk about an entire day’s food. How you decide what August will be. As a sugar addict, I would like to hear more with that as an ongoing problem. I appreciate your thought process as you prep meals. How do you stay motivated if you one does not have unlimited funds to buy products? Thanks for asking our opinions. Thanks for sharing. Be well. KayC
