Hi😊
I just got an Instant Pot Duo SV and trying to get the courage to use it. So happy I found your channel. It has nine functions is it also an air fryer😊🤔Thanks in advance.
Great video. The only one I probably wouldn't do is regular oatmeal because it's so convenient already to do that in the microwave. I will be looking up how to do steel cut oats because I really like them, and they are a bit of a pain to cook on the stove.
LOVE your videos! how do you know what model to get?
Hey Lisa, so there is no way i can do yoghurt in my duo crisp?
HUGE TIP if you live above 2,000 elevation: add 5% cooking time for every 1,000 feet over 2,000.
i learned this after super frustration with my new instant pot.
Very nice vidéo. I like your tone and your vibe. I have a question. What is the size of your Pot ? Is it 6 or 8 liters ? Thank you very much.
I had a problem with brown rice. It was extremely messy when I used the Instapot. It was the sticky, filmy, residue gunk that spread inside and outside of the lid and where the pot fuse together. How do you cook brown rice without this happening?
First time user here, watched some of Lisa's other posts for tips & info. So why did my medium (smallish) potatoes take 24+ minutes to cook?? Yes, 1 c water. Yes "pressure cook" setting, and yes vent was closed. I hate cooking anyway, am afraid I won't try it a second time. Any ideas?
Thank you..
and I thot I was bad keeping IP in the box for 4 mo prior to using!
Going to try to make baked potatoes 🥔
Is there a way to do medium boiled eggs? I like the yolk more jammy and soft, comparable to ramen eggs,
Thanks for the great video. Going to try all of them🇨🇦❤️
After 1 year of using this do7.pl/instant I must say this is the best purchase I have ever had. It makes perfect rice, beef stew, chicken, etc. I use it like every single day.
Thanks
Great tips! Not to be a troll, but don’t forget to wash your rice before cooking. Hai-ya! (Uncle Rodger)
Someone had mentioned when making that type of yogurt with the sweetened condensed milk and milk that the yogurt brand that you purchase is the same consistency of yogurt you're going to have. I think the custard kind is the best personally. I like Oui by Yoplait.
Hope all is well. You've been missed.
No recipes for 3 months. I’m ready for a new one. I hope all is well. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
While cooking with yogurt setting
Don’t we need to deal with the lid?
I just got into Instant Pot cooking about 4 months ago. It is an awesome cooker. Started with a 6qt and recently got a 10qt. Just ran across your channel. I love it. Subscribed and will be watching all your vids. BTW you are very pretty and easy to listen to. Keep up the great work!!!
what does a 10 minutes natural pressure release mean? Does it mean to just wait 10 minutes after it's finished cooking?
I really want to see some more videos on the instapot duo air crisp
Hi there! do u have indian recipes? Butter chicken?
When you add a sweetener to your yogurt as it is being made, you kill all the good probiotics. It’s best to add the sweetener after the yogurt has been made and you are serving it
you can sill make yogurt without the yogurt button
If I were to ask anything. It would have to be to please put the recipes on the videos content. Going through the website and having to scroll through 17 swipes down and leaving the video sucks.
Hello! I’m new to the instant pot community. I have the instant pot DUO GOURMET multi-use pressure cooker from Costco. My question is, in your beginner videos you talk about making sure the valve on top is set on “sealing” how do I know that, mine looks different than yours in the videos? Mine has a “press” button? Sorry I’m confused. I can send a pic of what I’m talking about if that helps.
DOES ELEVATION MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE COOK TIME?
Can i know why didn’t u use the “Rice” button for rice ?😅
I’m here before 100k
When I use “steam for 1 min”, it actually cooks for 15min. Is there something wrong with our instant pot?
Ty !!!
I wish you had the air fryer attachment. My model has one and I want to see recipes that use that as well.
Where have you been? Worried about you!
Especially liked the hard boiled eggs info.
Which real salt season salt do you like? I didn’t find one just labeled ‘season salt.’ Thanks!
Hello dear. your videos fare so great, very helpful. Are you interested to review our fryer lid for instant pot?

I am frustrated because I have a Cuisinart Pressure cooker thus I don't have all those presets. I wanted to make yogurt, but there is no conversion. 🙁 My life is so hard…. LOL
Hi, Lisa. Have you quit You Tube?
Actually many people own multiple Instant pots to accommodate for making multiple kinds of food at the same time or for larger or smaller groups of people.
I cook a lot of Korean and Japanese food. Will the sticky glutenous rice used in these kinds of recipes use the same timing in the instant pot? Thank you for your response.
I just got my first instant pot today and would like to try the eggs first. When you say “12-15 minute natural pressure release” – what does that mean? Do I just let it sit after the cooking is done or is there a button to press or valve to open?
Hi
Very informative indeed
I want to figure out how to adjust NPR and QR
What if you want your eggs done medium boiled?
Please help me understand quick release and natural release? Maybe you do in another video?
Hey, wonders if you are going to buy the new instant pot « duo nova »?
I've had a IP for 3 years on Black Friday this year, it's still in the box. But I'm hoping to use in the next month. Love your vids!!!
8. Cheesecake. The most essential food on the planet.
I'm going to learn all about this thing as quickly as possible. I'm a good cook, just never used it before.
