I always put bite-size chunks all the way around my liver when I'm cooking it or any piece of meat that happens to be lean and then with every bite of lean meat I also put a piece of fat on my fork

My Ninja Foodie Air Fryer (it’s the one that is also a pressure cooker), and it is NOT easy to clean. In fact, it is impossible to clean the top where the grease gathers. It fills my house with smoke now.

what features should I look for in an air fryer? what size will do if cooking for 1 or 2 people? I've never used one, and thinking about buying one, but no idea what I should really be looking for. **I cannot afford an expensive one D:

2 or three pounds ground beef spread out like cookie dough in a pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 450. Pull it out drsin the grease. Sprinkle shredded cheese, cover with pepperoni, cooked bacon. Put it under the broiler in the oven for about 2 minutes to slightly brown the cheese. Cut into squares or whatever. Eat! Freeze what's left or put it in the fridge for tomorrow.
    Juicy and delicious. 👍

9 days in and I'm already starting to sleep better. Not sure if it's the lack of caffeinated corn syrup or the extra nutrition and water but instead of waking up literally every three hours I've had a few nights getting five to six hours uninterrupted.
