Today I shopped online for groceries and made sure to get ingredients for the tuna melt and the tomato-feta pasta. I just tried the tuna melt and it was quite tasty! The croissant really elevates this tuna melt. 😊🥐🍽 Thank you for this video, Jennifer!

I have tried that first tomato and feta pasta recipe and wow… so easy and so tasty. My teens were out that night so I thought we would have left overs for the next day… nope! All gone.

I love all of these meals, but these are not budget friendly to me. My grocery bill would double if I cooked meals like this. Haha But they look amazing, and I will definitely try one here and and there soon.

I started adding in apples with our tuna fish years ago. I found it cut down a bit on the acidity and afterbite of the tuna. Now my husband refuses to eat a tuna sandwich unless I have apple in it!

Inspiring meals, Jennifer. Thanks for sharing. When you me mentioned not having bacon grease I laughed. Every southern cook has a jar of bacon grease in their kitchen 😆

Love these recipes! In lieu of the expensive Bordan cheese, I use generic softened cream cheese with the spice, "Everything Bagel"….delish!

Everything looks delicious, Jennifer! I would love to see you do something like a "Cooking With Madame Chic" series, where you recreate some of the meals you had in Paris. Who knows, maybe a cookbook will be next!

They all look yummy! One question though. For the clam chowder…when you say 2 cans of minced clams…how many total ounces are you talking about? Can't wait to try this recipe!

Thanks for the fresh ideas! I will try them all. Btw, the first dish reminds me of a scrumptious Rachel Ray dish- warm Greek salad. Bake peppers ( yellow red orange and green) cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, garlic and onions tossed in olive oil and spices. When cooked top with crumpled feta! Delicious- savoury and sweet. A great side dish.

These are great and work well with a graduate student budget! (Side note: years ago, you answered a letter of mine about living elegantly in college! Definitely still taking your advice in this next stage of life ☺️)

Another simple and low fuss way to modify the pot pie you made—leave the filling mixture in the cast iron skillet, lay the puff pastry on top and bake until puffed. That way, you don’t have to wait for it to cool and it’s a little less effort ☺️
