Jesus. Having to take it out every 5 minutes for maintenance just to have a small bowl of fries.
30+ minutes for fries. I think i'll just deep fry some pre packaged ones, or stick it in the oven. Set it and forget it.

But I found another one that looks very much like your previous Cosori air fryer anI can get it here online. But I can't find the name, its very much like your Cosori and even the name is almost the same, can you help me ? Thanks

Oh my gosh. You are teaching an old timer (87) new tricks. I have never done much cooking, but our daughter gave us an air fryer and then I discovered you on YouTube. My first attempt was "grilled" cheese sandwiches. Using your techniques it turned out great. Then I tried frozen French fries and they also came out really good. So thanks for your enthusiastic presentations.

A mix of garlic and dill Infused olive oil with roasted garlic and red pepper seasoning is great for fries

    A good dipping sauce is

    – 2 cups of mayo

    – 1 table spoon of sour cream

    – heavy drizzle of honey

    – one or two ounces of dinely chopped dill(use more or less dill dependent on how dilly you want the sauce

-let sit in the fridge for a hour or two before use( you can use right away but the dill flavour wont be as intense as if you let it sit for a while.)

This makes a wonderful dill sauce perfect for fries and onions rings, also really good on salmon or as a drizzle for hot wings

It's so funny. I have watched so many of your videos and I can't count how many times I've thought, I think she is from Idaho ….or maybe Utah. Today it was comfirmed. So a BIG hello to my fellow Idahoan and her beautiful family.
