I make what I call burrito quesadillas , so I don't have to fold it up because they usually have too much filling to fold up. I add my ingredients to one side and alot of it, then I just fold it over and then sear it on both sides because I put cheese in between the ingredients so there's cheese on both sides of the quesadilla! Then cut it in half and make some homemade guacamole and Pico de Gallo !!

Dude, the tortilla has no latent heat. There’s latent heat in the oils from them changing state ie: solid to liquid. But the oils never change temperature in this process. The oils would have solidify releasing the latent heat into the surroundings. 😅
