You can buy a sling on amazon now. It's made of silicone and works well! You don't need the trivet when you use the sling. At least the one I bought replaces the trivet also!

Hi! Just be careful with the silicone mat because it has fiberglass in it and when you cut it the fiberglass shards can get into your food! Really dangerous!! The way you are using it seems fine (because it doesn’t touch the food necessarily) but just be careful!!!
