    Im 5'8 eating 1750 cals on my 3rd month of cutting weight is 153lbs now with 30min cardio and 1hr of weight lifting and rwo days off ive gotten really lean to the poing my sex drive is low how many calories should i eat to mentain?

    Terrible advice .. don’t ever go from a bulk to an extreme cut .. so this dude went from 3500 to 2000 cals … he lucky he on the juice

    I’m 6 foot and I’ve been cutting for about 6 weeks. I’ve gone from 180 to 170 roughly, training 4 times a week (Chest/Back/Bis and Legs/Shoulders/Tris X2). I started to cut at 2250, and slowly have gone down to 2000 cals a day while starting to add in cardio. Personally I work a typical 9-5, so training 4 days a week gives me time to train, and enjoy time outside of work with family or to cook. On my rest days I’ll walk or do some mobility. Goal is to hit at least 10K steps a day while drinking a gallon of water as well 🙌🏼
