Quick tip for the Mexican rice (if time permits): you can dice the onions, tomatoes and cilantro and sautee them first, then add in the rice to fry (brown) and then add in the broth. the fresh ingredients make a huge difference and add a boost in flavor.

Hi Jamerrill! Iโ€™m new to your fan base. I discovered you last week and have been binge-watching your videos. I signed up for the free cookbook and tried the Mexican rice, it was SO good! My family is still small (just one baby so far) so weโ€™re still eating off of it. I used some to stuff peppers with, and I froze some to turn into a cheesy casserole later. Thank you for sharing your wisdom, faith, family and life-views with the world! We need more Jamerrills in this life ๐Ÿ’—

I have just completed my goal of stocking up on freezer meals. 20 suppers plus 10 pounds of taco meat, 22 quarts of spaghetti sauce, and ten pounds of pre-cooked ground beef. I have been watching you for many months now and have been inspired by so many of your videos. Iโ€™m a mama who works outside the home and also a pastorโ€™s wife so life is always busy. Thank you for sharing your life and your family with us. I am amazed how you are able to do so much and how kind you are to your kiddos. Keep drinking that coffee and cranking out great videos!

No seasonings in most of these!??๐Ÿ˜ฒ The "taco soup" is actually fiesta chili and tastes much better with ground turkey(crazy ik). Not sure why y'alls didn't have much juice. Don't drain any of the cans and use regular diced tomatoes instead of Rotel for the youngins who don't like spicy๐Ÿ‘

IKEA is 2hrs from without traffic…there always is city traffic/craziness and with bathroom stops I would say 2h45m minimum!
Worth the drive if you plan on getting multiple things because the shipping is crazy!

Oh my, the Mexican rice is exactly the recipe I found years ago in a library book. I copied down the recipe and make it often. The brownies no the rice makes all the difference. These all look very delicious.

I heat my refried beans up in the microwave and it makes it so easy to spread! You probably know that and were far too busy to get it done, but I thought I'd give you my little time saving tip!

Can you explain draining meat to me and why you do it? I cant say I have ever drained meat in my life. Does meat in the US have a lot of fat and excess water added?
