Hello found your channel by accident. Been watching a few of your videos and you're making some great stuff. I see a lot of things that I could make with my grandson. I just have a comment on this particular video of Fall one pot fast meals. I really don't understand why people add jalapenos to anything and then call it Mexican. Jalapenos are not used as much as one may think in Mexican cooking that makes it "Mexican". Just a little insight on creating titles when adding jalapenos to and calling it Mexican. I'm going to subscribe to your channel thanks again.
I just came across your channel and I love how well you've plated your food. I think that plating food well and making it look attractive is one way to make it taste better. I know that I eat with my eyes more than anything!
The chicken lasagna soup is one I'm going to have to try!
That soup looks amazing, makes my list for those few lasagna noodles that dont fit in the pan. when I make lasagna! π
If you have to add spaghetti sauce and water, use the water to rinse out the jar and get every bit of sauce out!
That is a great trick for the grease

Julia I have a question. For you are one pot spaghetti and sausage could you use roasted garlic tomato sauce? Because thatβs what I have in the house. My other question is can I use a pound or more of chicken for the pesto chicken? I might be cooking for my whole family this weekend thatβs 4 to 5 people

Please, what brand of pot do you use? I live alone and like to prep food for a couple days in advance and these one pot recipes seem like they would be great to mix into my meal rotations.
You could probably skip a step with the soup and just use bow tie pasta instead. Same idea.
