Hi Mindy, love your videos, here is a challenge for you, recipes that we who do not live in the USA and do not have access to a lot of the ingredients in your recipes, e.g. canned chillis, biscuit dough, tomatoes with chillis, canned pizza dough, canned salsa verde, a lot of canned Mexican food (which I would absolutely love to have access to), and here in Australia, we do not use Turkey in any way… given that you have an international audience (well done) let's see what you can do, and if this is too difficult (and I am certainly not wanting to do that), then I will do what I usually do and substitute, substitute, substitute but of course it will never be the same. Thank you so much for your amazing recipes. Warmest regards, Beth

Hi Mindy, I’m a fairly new subscriber & I am really glad to find you. Between your channel & Frugal Fit Mom I have found the courage to change up a recipe. I’ve cooked for my family for close to 50 years & I definitely love to cook, but I was just nervous about going outside of the box. I wanted to share something that I did come up with on my own. I watched an older video where you talked about liking cottage cheese. I mix 1/3 c. Cottage cheese, 1/2 container of Dannon Oikos Yogurt. Add to a cereal bowl & mix well. Top with 1/2 cup (or more if you like) blueberries, or any berry or fruit that you like, finally add 2 T of granola. I am on weight watchers & I’ll tell you, this keeps me satisfied until lunch. Between the combination of yogurt & cottage cheese it provides a good deal of protein. I’m looking forward to seeing more of your videos.

Thank you for your genuineness. I was feeling lousy due to being overwhelmed these past two weeks my refrigerator was a mess and I have had to toss a few items . Hearing you say it happens to all of us and we are trying to do better makes me feel less guilt – we are human and can only do so much

Lmao I just left a Frugal Fit Mom video to pop over to Mindy (because I bounce back and forth between these two until the vids are done, hello ADD!) and here is Kristine in the background lol 😂

Thanks for the encouragement Mindy! I get so bad the other day I threw out a big head of broccoli that had gone bad and a bunch of mushrooms 😢. I hate to waste food. I feel so sinful. God knows we are not perfect. Thanks for making me feel better and trying to keep doing better. ❤️

See now. I can’t cook worth a darn. Do you think for a minute that I would be able to see potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and feta cheese and have the common sense to
Put them together in a dish? Nope, but that is why I watch all these homemaker videos. They give me confidence. 🏋️‍♂️
