so far, my one weekly meal is a pound thick sliced bacon barely cooked(nice n limp), pack of breakfast sausage links, and a pack of 5 Italian sausage links. Soon, I will be trying a pound of burger fried with a pound of bacon cut up and fried with the burger. when that is done, crack 5-6 eggs over the top of it all and cook so the eggs are sunny and yolky, lol

I could eat calf liver and bacon every day of the week, but I keep it to 1-2 times. I also love just scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon on the side. One of my favourite meals is cooked ground beef with cheese and hot peppers in a bowl, so good!

great meals Neisha.. Fast and easy.. I love the simplicity of Ketovore.. I pre make hard boiled eggs and bacon each week and have that handy for quick on the go breakfasts. Steak is a staple and I do like making chicken with enough left overs to do different meals throughout the week. Great video

We make your meatloaf just about every week, a big sheet pan of baked chicken thighs, crockpot pot roast, air fryer tri tip, ground beef bowls with cheese & some sour cream, & bacon, eggs scrambled with goat cheese or cream cheese.

I am not a troll and curious if this way of eating will, way down the road, be horrible for your cholesterol and triglycerides? I see that many people benefit from eating this way but long term I wonder if one's health will be jeopardized. I know Dr. Berry has put out videos on this topic but there is respectful scientific long term studies that say the opposite. Wish we could project into the distant future to see the end results of this way of eating. Thanks.

Great meals! One of my favorite meals is ground pork and egg scramble with onions and chopped collard greens. I also like thick-cut pork belly and eggs. Most of my meals are ground beef cooked some kind of way.

Thanks for the meal ideas. I don't know what's wrong with me but I am getting so tired of eating just meat and eggs. I do love a ribeye but of course can't afford all the time. Am I the only one?

    Sister, your hair is gorgeous!!

I have all the symptoms of low thyroid. I see an endo tomorrow. 🙌🏼 I’m hoping that if I can balance my hormones that my hair will grow back in. I’ve been carnivore/ketovore since around April. Lost some weight, got some healing, then about 6-8 weeks ago, something knocked my hormones out of whack.

Thank you to you and Dr. Berry for sharing and teaching all about this way of life. 🙏🏼
