Great timing because I have to do a bunch of chicken this morning and I prefer to marinate in the summer to grill most of the chicken. Going to do the garlic lime one and maybe the sweet chili one. I think I have most everything for all of them in the house. Thanks!!

Our favorite way to cook marinated chicken is to use a grill pan on the stove top. Faster and easier than grilling but still grill flavor. I always mix the marinade in the bag and then add chicken. Easier to mix.

Have you considered a food saver vacuum sealer? It would be great for this quantity of chicken to really get that marinade into the meat (and of course the air out). It would also be great for Kiera's sauce and other things. I bet you'd get a lot of use out of it. 🙂
