I love these casseroles! Quick, easy, and they can feed a crowd. I'm definitely gonna try the baked ziti/Italian pasta one. That's my idea of a great baked pasta dish. I love watching your channel for the family cooking ideas!

    SUGGESTION:

To switch things up for your Italian rigatoni casserole-

Add one can of diced tomatoes a few tablespoons of Parmesan cheese a couple of dollops of cottage cheese mix top with the mozzarella, we named this casserole dish SLOPPY LASAGNA

Made something similar to the Italian casserole last night. I used Italian sausage-it’s been cheaper than ground beef in my area. Then I used sliced provolone. I’ve used sliced mozzarella in the past. I think it covers the whole pan evenly, melts better than shredded and is cheaper cost wise. I used 6 slices for a 9 x 13.

I love a tasty hotdish! We usually split it between two smaller 8×8 pans so we can freeze one. I have a family of 4, and it seems to be enough. Future Jessie loves it, and it saves money as a bonus! I try to pair with a salad, too. Thanks for the inspo!

I think my favorite will be the cowboy casserole. I can't wait to try it. I will ask my wife for the Mexican casserole just to see if cooking it makes her dance. 😀 Thanks for sharing
