Welcome to episode 2 of $5 Dinners! Today I have ALL NEW meals that are all $5 or less. Below are the prices of all ingredients (Walmart) and steps to make!
You are just what I've been looking for. Other than spaghetti, I've never been able to cook. With changes in my family, I am having to learn how to plan meals as well as how to prepare them. I've wanted to give them a variety and you are helping men to do that. Thank you so much. Congratulations on the new to come addition.
Evening looked awsome.
Except the rice. But
I can eat around it.
My favorite $5 dinners are any type of “oven baked” sandwich! Ham & cheese, meatball subs, pepperoni & cheese, philly style (deli roast beef onions/peppers), ruebens. Sometimes I splurge and use more expensive rolls or buns, but these types of sandwiches even taste yummy on the cheapie hamburger or hot dog buns. Add a veggie or salad and chips. Done! Deli meat freezes so well, so I buy on sale.
I have a family of 7 to feed on a budget and I've been running out of ideas. Your videos are definitely helping me freshen up my weekly meal plans!
How’s the hunts sauce? I tried it once years ago and hated it. But debating on giving it another try
I love your videos. The $5 dinners have helped me so much. I like using soy chorizo instead of ground meat sometimes.
I’m new so I’m not familiar with that seasoning you like. Can you give me the name again and where you buy it? Thanks.
Wow those sweet potatoes are MASSIVE!!
Dropping the can top to the spaghetti sauce in the pan truly grossed me out. I really hope you washed the top before hand.
I love these videos! Much appreciation from a single mom on a budget. Keep ‘em coming, please! ☺️ Cheap dinners that we like: breakfast for dinner, rice and beans, tostadas, grilled cheese and soup, meatless burrito bowls, pasta, homemade pizza.
All are very good. My sister uses turkey for meatballs instead of beef or pork. And she’s by no means on a budget!
Baked sweet potato with butter or olive oil and Parmesan cheese is delicious.
Also good: salmon patties. Used canned salmon, egg, seasoned bread crumbs and onion. Tuna patties are also very good.
Thank you!! 😀👍 Love from Alabama ❤️
Keep your knives sharpened. They will cut through veggies easily if they are sharp without serrations.
What is the seasoning you used in the large seasoning canister? Where did you buy it?
Oh!!! Ok!!! Came across this!!! YES!!! We are all about this!!! TFS
Great video. New subscriber here.
Don't it hurt you when your baby on your belly ? You cook like me i enjoy your videos.
What is that seasoning you use?
I haven’t done the sausage and potatoes in the oven, just on the stove. I will have to try it!!
I'm definitely making the Sausage Casserole & the Avocado bowl. You make such simple meals that anyone can make. It's like "why didn't I think of that". Most folks already have most of the ingredients in their pantries.
Lol, I only buy turkey bacon as a treat occasionally because it’s at least double the price of regular bacon where I live. Thanks for the great ideas.
Up your bowl game by swapping out white rice for seasoned yellow rice. Yes. 😁
Wow. 😎 👍
Wow you are truly AMAZING!! Thank you for all these great ideas, I’m definitely going to try many!
Love these! I want o incorporate the avocado bowl and the sausage stir fry asap.
Good ole southern classic. Beans, cornbread, with fried potatoes. Sauerkraut and hot dogs or use smoked sausage. I've also made polish sausage or smoked sausage cooked with canned corn. Serve with some Mac n cheese.
I always add corn and green beans to my goulash
What seasoning are you using thats in the large clear shaker? Recipes look and sound delicious. I’m in Texas too!
Would like to see a $5 minestrone soup recipe
The French onion casserole is awesome! My whole family loved it. ❤️❤️❤️ thank you for the recipe
