I am so glad you posted this! I Iove soup!! I just gave away my progresso soups (we couldn't justify just throwing them away) and the canned veggies i would use in my hamburger soup. I needed something to replace them, and here you are ❤

I use that bone broth. On their web site this is the listed ingredients.

Dehydrated chicken Bone Broth (water, chicken bones)

Hope that helps. It was the purest I could find.

Wow, you look fantastic Anita! I haven’t watched for about three weeks, and wow you just look beautiful. So it looks like you lost about 5 pounds since I seen you like last, but I know that cannot be the only variable. I can’t put my finger on it, but you look really great. Keep on inspiring ketogenic woman❣️

Hello Anita. I’ve been following for a few months now. Always impressed with your cooking skills. You at the top – me in kindergarten. I’m not a fan of the kitchen! 😄. Except of course the food! I tried your Brown Butter recipe yesterday. It was a flop. I used unsalted. So much milk solids floating. Is that normal? I scoops most out. Is that what I should have done? I’m in Victoria too. Would love to meet for coffee some time. 😊 You’re amazing! Go Anita!

    all sound amazing!!
I am having touble with pork…
As my go to meat professional… If You could not use pork in the dumplings…
would You sub wagyu, angus, venison, buffalo or turkey??
I know… ridiculous but I have to sub out the pork for now.

IF Dr ever figures out my autoimmune & what angle we need heal from, I can go back to pork & nuts & who knows… but for now my path is more narrow.
Thank You for making SO many deee-licious foods for us!!

Hi Anita! I am a soup person and could eat it all year long. I did make a modified Italian Wedding soup. Although it was good it was labor intensive. I will be making the egg drop soup with the shu mai meatballs instead. Much easier!!

Anita, this is wonderful! So many options and ways to use up leftovers! And let me say that I was making those meatballs for the Egg Drop Soup with Pork Shui Mai Balls when this video popped up. It is the second time I have made that soup, easy and delicious!!

Hi Anita! I don't think I ever mentioned this, but last year when I got COVID, I made a biiiig batch of your ground beef soup. Every day, for 8 days, I ate two bowls of that yummy soup, one for lunch, and one for dinner. Mid morning each day, I had a cup of full-fat Greek yogurt. Other than a cup of coffee or tea here and there, and daily electrolytes, that's all I had.

I lost 14 pounds in 8 days. Too quick, IMO, but not unwelcome. Just some andecdotal testimony. Thanks for the receipes. I just love soup!
