Also if you cook broth in the instant pot with meat bones for 2 hours using chicken turkey whatever with the veggies – carrots celery and onions and add a couple tablespoons of apple cider vinegar it will make a bone broth which is so medically beneficial for you store in fridge if you don’t have a canner- the vinegar leaches the minerals and healing properties of the marrow into the broth

Proud of you for making broth! That is something I do; I keep a gallon sized zipper bag in the freezer with veggie scraps (insides of peppers, celery that has gone soft, root part of onions) and throw that into the pot with the bones and it gives it such a good flavor. I think “I’m making something of nothing” when making broth.

cheese crumbles from being frozen. Doesn't matter if it's for 1 hour. But as you said it tastes the same and melts the same so it's still worth freezing if you get a good deal. Did you know you can cook chicken skin like you would bacon? Then crumble it as a garnish on casseroles or salads. The fat you render off can be used as a lard replacement in a pie crust for a pot pie or in dumplings or anywhere you'd be fine with chicken flavor added. I save it in a jar in the fridge. 🙂 Of course you got a good deal on those crusts.
