Stacy, Your Taco Pie looked so yummy! It kind of reminds me of TACO BELL's Mexican Pizza. I wish my husband would eat refried beans…..so sad. Your food always looks so good. Take good care and God Bless.

Hi Stacy, I loved the pineapple at the end, I got Mama a "fruit of the month" club delivery for the whole year, This month she got a pineapple, She dont know how to cut it ,so I brought it to my house and cut it up for her, I cut mine almost like you do. I cut the top and the bottom off and then slice off the sides. Then I cut down around the core ,so that I have spears like you and the core stays whole. Then I eat around the core and eat on the bottom and top pieces. lol. It was a good sweet pineapple.
Tim really is a true Master slicer of your taco pie. It came out nicely, I would have mangled it all up. Awesome meals. xoxo

My friends make a version of your taco pie and call it "South of the Boarder Casserole"….I call it an open faced enchilada. πŸ˜πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

ETA: You can suck on the pineapple core or add them to water for the flavour. Yum.

Happy Easter Stacy and Tim! Delicious looking recipes as always! I love making fritata and I always crack my eggs on the side of the bowl and separate egg white and yolk from egg shell to egg shell. Years of practice! Lol The taco pie looked amazing! I'm making chicken risotto for dinner tonight! Happy day from Sally and the fur crew! πŸ˜„πŸ’—πŸ’—

Happy Resurrection Sunday. He Is Risen! ✝️
Your Taco Pie is a beauty! Looks amazing. πŸ˜‹
I over buy produce as well. I drive into the city an hour away and always buy way too much. 😬😬
Zucchini and corn is so delicious! With garlic makes it extra delicious.
Quinoa zucchini fritatas. I have not hear of those before. At first I thought you were going to make fried zucchini cakes or something. Tin is hilarious,"I think I have frittata poisoning." Lol. πŸ˜‚My husband needs meat too.
You guys are so fun to watch and listen to.
Hope you all had a wonderful and blessed Resurrection Day. Blessings to you and your family my friend. ❀😘

Happy Easter. Everything looked delicious this week as usual as. I hope that you both are good. I love green beans cooked with potatoes in them. Often when I have fresh garden green beans I will cook up a pot full and fix some cornbread. I sometimes will fix a skillet of corn too and we have a veggie supper. I do the same thing with a head of cabbage too.

I just love watching your videos. Ill never understand why people feel the need to complain about how you cook. I say if you want to use an air fryer use it. If you want to use your cat motor use it.

Stacy, I've been watching you for some time and try to keep things positive. I must say that those who have the time to pick on you must not understand where many of us are coming from. So you use an air fryer. Good for you and were I able to afford one, I would do so as well. Why is this a problem for someone who gives their free time to watch your lovely videos which somehow obviously upset them? I don't prefer science fiction videos, so don't watch them. If they don't like how you do things, move on, yes? Egg cracking. I'm something of an expert on eggs as we have a small farm and have held chickens and ducks in my lap while they were laying eggs. Think of all the negative comments that would garner you had you said that. Our girls are spoiled, forage in pristine meadows and are buttoned up tight each night. All are named after flowers and give the nicest eggs. We share as many as we can, but as times are hard, have to keep more than usual. Chickens and ducks lay eggs and it's a healthy and wonderful process. We do give our eggs a little wash when we bring them in and like the heathen I am, crack them on the (clean) counter, side of the bowl, etc. No one has died and with people being homeless, no jobs, children going missing serious health and financial issues, I suspect there are bigger fish to fry. We are barely going due to several set backs and there's no reason to be unkind to another. Please don't let others hurt you, Honey. Just keep being your sweet self. Sending love to you and Tim.

I hate people who complain especially if it's about YouTube. If they don't like that you use an air fryer because they don't have one then they either don't need to keep watching your videos or else learn how to do it the old fashioned way on their own since it's not that hard to look up a recipe since you literally SAY where you got the recipe from.. one of the two. But don't complain about the content just because it's not something you're fond of. If you don't like it, don't watch. That's why I watch so many different cooking channels because each one is either a different cooking technique or style of food. I like a variety.

Happy Easter dear Stacy! I'm so blessed that someone my age posts. Most recipes you make are perfect for me, my husband and Mother in law that lives in a house next door. She comes for dinner every night. Ty so much for all you do for us! 😊❀

As usual everything looks great! I know Tim was happy with all the meat. What a good looking taco pie and what a fun looking pie plate, what size is it? Is it smaller than a normal size pie plate or more like the size of a corning ware one? I'm so sad Sam's doesn't have those chicken sausages any more, I think I have just a couple packages left in my freezer πŸ™ The loaded sweet potatoes are one of my favorites too and no Tim does not know what he's missing, but more for you! That pineapple looks yummy. On cracking the eggs, I do both….if I'm mixing something with a bowl I'll sometimes crack on the bowl but sometimes I crack on the edge of my countertop! Happy Resurrection Day!

I like the taco pie idea. Many variations I can think of, grilled chicjen for one. Also I use best foods mayo in my guacamole, takes it to next level creamy goodness. Thank you for sharing. Take care.
