    sweet potatoes soup

    2c chopped carrots
    1c chopped sweet potatoes
    2 1/2 c water
    2 ts rock salt
    1 ts ginger chopped
    1/2 green chili chopped
    1/2 ts cumin seeds
    1/4 coriander seeds

    Toppings
    1 ts pumkin seeds
    1/2 c steamed sweet potatoes
    1 ts cumin seeds
    1/4 ts mustard seeds
    1/2 ts rock salt

    Cauliflower Curry soup
    2c cauliflower chopped
    1c water
    1c coconut milk
    1 1/2 rock salt
    1/2 ts black pepper
    1/2 Tb lemon juice
    1 1/2 ts coriander powder
    1/2 ts roasted cumin powder
    1/2 ts turmeric powder
    1-inch grated ginger
    1 green chili chopped

    topping
    1/4 c steamed broccoli
    1/4 c coriander leaves

    Broccoli Potato Soup
    2 1/2 chopped broccoli steamed
    1 1/2 c chopped potatoes
    3c of water
    1/2 ts rock salt
    1-inch ginger
    1/4 ts black pepper
    1 cup of coconut water

    toppings
    1c broccoli
    4c coriander
    2 carrots steamed carrot cut in circles
    1 tb pumpkin seeds

    2 bay leaves
    1/2 inch ginger
    3c water
    2ts of lemon juice

    This is good initiative but can you also create the recipe based on body type like.

    Vat kaph and pitt.

    Reason: As per Ayurveda some body type should not consume certain food eg. vatt prakruti should not eat potatoes and green peas.

    Please make video by consulting Ayurvedic doctor which can give diet chart and from those ingredients only you should make
