Flo, your dishes always look so great and the one I have tried are delicious. My only problem is, for your Dan-Dan Noodles for example, I would have dirtied at least 8 small bowls, 3 frying pans and a couple of pots and lord knows how many knives. But then it takes me 3 pots and 3 bowls just to make a can of Campbell tomato soup (oh and one whole tube of saltine crackers). Thanks for all your time making theses great recipes.

The flame under the wok is waaaayy to weak to even talk about traditional stirfrying.
The idea is nice, but you need a special burner for real Asian ( East) stirfrying.
