I have the grinder, the aero press, the same frother (and yes speed three has resulted in my hot chocolate going ALL over the kitchen 😂), AND I bought Jen one of those blendjets for Christmas ! I already have all your kit lol. That’s good right ? I don’t have to spend money ? 😁. Great ideas for breakfast but I’m still not gonna mess my coffee up like that 😉

I love butter coffee! I also add a slice of lemon to my coffee sometimes, yes, it sounds strange but I kinda like it 🙂 I recently changed my diet little bit per my doctor's order , adding healthy dose of fat in my food and drinks. I'm not loosing my weight but I feel much healthier! I was also looking at the same exact blender on the other day! Now I really need to get one for me! haha Have a lovely weekend!

Thanks Jane – i have never heard of Bulletproof Coffee – it looks interesting and I will definitely be giving it a go – I also love my Blendjet and make afternoon smoothies as we travel and for a winter drink with a little whipped cream I also carry with us my 12v frother – 2 great inexpensive gadgets to take camping.
It wasn't Bulletproof coffee but my gran used to put a pinch of salt in the coffee. Loved it. Still put a bit (and it only needs a small pinch) occasionally.

For me, oats, dried apple rings, cinnamon, shove in a food flask for 10 minutes. Even better with dried blackberry & a hint of raw cane sugar. Like eating crumble

Nice – I've never tried couscous as a sweet dish so I'll have to give that a go. As an aside, your "How to make your own instant porridge" video a few years ago was the first one of your videos I ever watched. Saved me a fortune….😊

My favourite hot water breakfast is last nights left over curry put in a blender, add hot water and drink. This recipe also works for pizza, fish and chips and cakes 😃
