Love your channel and recipes but one thing I struggle with is not knowing how many servings are made with your recipes. I usually cook for 2 and I know leftovers are great but we are not the best when it comes to eating leftovers. If I am missing it, please let me know. Thanks for all the great recipes. I have done so many and they all turn out great. Thank you!

Hi, I love your recipes. I have a request. Can you give advice on what can be prepared ahead of time and reheated and how? I would be a great help. Thank you again for sharing your great work.

Love! Will, question about the smokey addictive chili oil. I made it a couple of days ago. I did not use ghost peppers. Instead I used dried chili peppers which I toasted for a few minutes with your other spices as directed. I think that using the dried chili peppers is the reason the oil is not bright ruby red but, rather much darker. Still, it tastes delicious but please confirm.

Fantastic recipes! I made my version of the smashed potatoes tonight, and they were a big hit. I added a bit of crispy garlic and my own chili oil, and it did not disappoint! Looking forward to trying more of your recipes! 😋

Thank you for pronouncing it 'shri-ratcha' instead of the linguistically naïve 'siri-ratcha.' Now if you could only learn to say 'kohnbu' as in /cone-boo/ rather than 'kahmbu.'

I tried this today with a small potato. When I tried to smash it, it shed its skin ans went flying across the room! Gonna need a smaller spud!

Not sure if the small ones have a higher skin to flesh ratio. Both skin and flesh are smaller. Similarly with bigger ones, all the potato is bigger. Not just the skin. In any case, your videos are just perfect. Not only very pleasing to watch, but also easy to follow and learn from. But I missed the word play in the title this time xD
