I love using canned chicken in my chicken dishes as it is so quick and easy. Also if the chicken is chunky, I chop it in my mini food processor to shred it up. That would be good for using in these shells. It looks so good. Gotta try it some time. ๐

take a baggie cut a and fill your shells. A lot less mess.
I sneak veggies in on the hubs. I love to add chopped spinach to ALL my stuffed shells, tomato or Alfredo.

Just finished dinner, made the Alfredo chicken one. However I didn't have the shells, so I used lasagna noodles and rolled them up. Delicious! Always enjoy watching !

Do u know the brand of them cause they seem to work well and the ones I have are hard to twist and get anything out of them so I wanted to replace mine with a better set ?
Quick tip for stuffing the shells easier. Put the filling in a ziplock bag, cut the corner off, the squeeze the mixture into the shells. I make crack chicken shells with green chili sauce once a week and that makes it so much faster, easier and less messy!
Ricotta cheese should always be put into a mesh strainer so it could release the liquid. You can do this several hours ahead of time but many times I drain it in the refrigerator overnight. Hope you found this helpful. Love your show!
I have made 3 of your recipes. My Very favorite so far is the White Chicken Enchiladas! The Hubs loved them. I have also made a binder of all your recipes I am printing out to make… whenever. I love crockpot recipes and Insta Pot recipes!!โค Since we are retired, I love easy, 1 pot meals. ๐ปโค
