My husband and I love your videos. I’ve tried a lot of your recipes and they’ve all been good. We are cat parents so we love seeing Gracie, my husband even made up a song about it. 😂

Nope, my food obsession won't let me punk out during summer. I will cook whatever I'm craving, crank up the ac, jump in a cool shower, & take a nap after I cook. I'm a lush though😂

On the subject of Sun Dried Tomatoes……you are not alone I DO NOT like the texture either… Tomatoes aren't supposed to be chewy. EW. I won' t make a recipe that includes those. I'm going to try the Chicken Tzatiki recipe, but with low carb tortilla and sub canned chicken for the rotisserie. Make a good lunch I think. Love your videos.

I used to get something like this at a Greek spot in Atlanta. They would cut the pita in half. Then each half opens up and creates a pocket. 😁👌 delicious. I will definitely be making this. Thx!

Made the chicken salad tonight and added sliced Kalamata olives as well as feta to mine and served with sliced tomatoes and sliced homemade pickles on the side!! My pita that I bought last night unopened had ants all in them!!! I was livid but had croissant buns bought from Publix bakery and buttered and toasted them and it was a huge hit!!!

Mandy my kindred spirit… I'm with you on the sundried tomatoes, my Niece was shocked that I can't stand them because she loves them and yes bring back batter chatter. All these looked yummy this week I'll have to make and put away in the freezer for my lunches. Nice to see Cole's face. Luv y'all

You’re doing awesome on your garden! My cucumbers are still growing. Now zucchini! Lots of those. Then I make zucchini lasagna all summer! Way better than the pasta that can get mushy!

Have just made the Mediterranean Beef Stir Fry for dinner tonight, added mushrooms and a tsp of beef stock also. Also pull the stems off the spinach. Nice light meal and fresh taste.
