    I made this last night from your recipe and it was sooooooo good!!! I had to get on here and let you know how much I appreciate you sharing. Also, my husband, who has had no smell or taste for over 2 years told me he could tell it was good because by some miracle, he got pleasure from eating it. He has not said that about anything I have cooked recently, so I think you should take that as a great compliment. I will definitely be making this again! I can't wait to try some of your other recipes.

    Pleased to see you emphasize that the ground beef should not be mashed or squeezed. I was over-working it for years until I ran across a chef saying that the best hamburgers are those in which the airiness allows the fat juices to flow. Your recipe looks delicious.
