Mike and Jen- so appreciate and relate to you both. We’ve camped and RV’d with our kids, family, friends for 50+ years. We plan on a new RV this year…small, for our last years of traveling. You two are providing great info from your lifelong learning! Thanks. We also make cook ahead meals and will try yours…yum! Enjoy your lifestyle and stay safe. Rod and Bev

Thank you so much! This was fantastic, just like all your videos.

I do have a question though. I don't mean to bring up an unpleasant subject, but if you don't have any water aboard during winter, do you have to "go" elsewhere? That could be a cold undertaking! Just trying to figure things out, not trying to be uncooth or rude in any way. Thanks, Ray

My tip for chopping up dry-packed sun dried tomatoes – rub a little olive oil onto blades of your kitchen shears. I cut a tomato long way into several pieces, then hold together & snip horizontally into little pieces. So much easier.

Mike need to buy you a kitchen aid mixer for all those cooking jobs and a bigger spatula. FYI i buy pre chopped garlic in jars. I assume they have it in Michigan. Looks like good eating. I'd drive to Michigan just for the meatballs.

I loved the cooking segment-thank you! One thing I would personally tweak is once the dishes were cooled down in the refrigerator, I would transfer servings into labeled zippered Freezer bags, get the air out, lay them out flat on a cookie sheet & freeze. This is easier to stack for camping, less clean-up later, & can fit more in RV freezer. Another plus is they thaw a lot quicker! -Diana
