    Thank you for the ideas. I especially love your hearts of palm coated in dried chickpea crumbles for mozzarella sticks! Yum! I add hearts of palm to my chickpea "tuno" salad, along with some seaweed, celery, onion and Dr Mc Dougall's tofu mayo – So I lower the calorie density and up the fiber but have wanted some other ideas for how to use them… So, thank you!
