Lil tip with the ginger… I buy mine on sale and stick it in the freezer in a zip-top bag. It's SUPER easy to grate on a micro plane and you don't have to peel it. It stays good in the freezer for MONTHS. It's also way cheaper than the tube stuff and it tastes better and is more potent. 🙂

You truly are an amazing person…Not sure what I would do if I didn't have you to watch…You are one of the first channels I started watching and not even sure how I cam across your videos but I tell you one thing it was the best decision ever did. You Amber Jessica and Fallon I never don't know what I am going to make from one week to the next I am always making at least 2 new meals a week because of the 4 of you. Just a tip…..buy ginger root & store it in the freezer. Use your microplane & grate as needed. You dont need to peel it! Much more economical than the tubes.
