Sometimes I do individual ingredient meal prep, and sometimes I do big-batch, make-ahead recipes to enjoy throughout the week. I talk about these two different approaches to meal prep in my cookbook. šŸ˜‰ Let me know if you guys like this type of video, and what theme of make-ahead recipes you'd like to see me make next! xo – Lisa

I always thought you couldnā€™t save onion once cut šŸ˜® now I know how I can without wasting. We normally only buy if we plan on using it all but that doesnā€™t always happen so now I know how to save for another recipe or food for another day. Thank you

Made the shrimp salad and chic pea, but yum! Used half plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream since thatā€™s what I had. The left over dressing is going to be so good on tune or egg salad I decided!

I've been looking for more healthy meals I can prep to take to work for lunch instead of spending money in the cafeteria. These look fantastic! Thinking I might like to roast half of the chickpeas a bit for the last one to give it a slightly different flavor and a bit of a crunch.

Omg I made the mango curry chicken salad. Insanely good; the combo of the chicken and mango with the spicy curry makes this a keeper for me. And I left out the parsley, cilantro and cashews! I doubled the mango and was glad that I did since I didnā€™t do a good job cutting it.

These salads are great Meal prep for picnics, or outdoor concerts.

We stay a weeklong in a time share. Thereā€™s a kitchen there, but itā€™s kind of small. Iā€™d like meal prep recipes for taking veggies and fruit precut and then just quickly put meals together there. Thereā€™s an outdoor grill and a small oven. Last year I took my instant pot. But I donā€™t want to carry so many items with me.

I made the shrimp salad tonight and it is very delicious. I added a cup and a half of frozen peas. I didnā€™t bother to cook or even defrost them. It just made it feel like more of a meal to have the peas added. It reminds me of a salad that my aunt used to make, but hers had macaroni elbows. šŸ‡ØšŸ‡¦šŸ‡«šŸ‡®

Hi, I'd love to try the Mango Chicken Curry salad – could I sub greek yoghurt for the mayo please? I'd like to make it a little lighter on calories if possible. Thanks!

You have given us alllllll our favorite recipes. We like big flavor. My husband is the cook, but Iā€™m a teacher on summer break and wanted to help out. Gre loved the salads even though they were made by the least capable cook ever. Thanks!!!!!
