The second recipe reminds me of company potatoes or cheesy potatoes only with chicken! I usually put bread crumbs on top. Iβve made it many times and itβs a crowd pleaser! Iβm definitely trying the first one! Yummo!

I guess I could cook my own chicken. Personally I think rotisserie chicken is disgusting. Please don't hate it's just MY Opinion and taste.

I made the chicken bacon ranch macaroni and cheese tonight. It had great flavor. I used less ranch and less garlic to suit our taste. We all agreed the chicken didn't go well in the macaroni. Next time would just do the Mac and cheese without the chicken.
I just love all of your videos, love seeing your hubby, son & kitty too! Always love seeing the family reactions. I know you don't show the meals they don't like, but wonder if you have any of those on video? Would be fun to have even one video, of their faces when they taste a meal that is NOT good. Lol. I have seen the blooper video, but just would be fun to see one video of the scrunched up faces when they aren't liking something!

I make almost the same hashbrown casserole only I use diced/cubed ham and top it with 50/50 mozzarella and mild cheddar cheese instead. I also throw in about 1/4 cup of bacon crumbles when I have a bag hanging around.
